Workforce ramp-up and retention strategy
Supported the restart of a manufacturing facility that required nearly 200 hires in 18 months. Redesigned compensation, PTO, and retention structures to attract experienced talent, reduce recruiter reliance, and support an on-time restart.
Regulatory compliance and operational integration
Led the implementation of Washington State Paid Sick Leave requirements in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Built the processes, training, tracking, and documentation needed for consistent, auditable execution.
Global mobility program design
Built a global mobility program from the ground up to support international workforce deployment between the U.S. and China, including assignment structures, logistics, expatriate support, and operational integration.
